Nick and Jon Dawson were recently very happy to make a guest appearance Louisa Hannan’s drivetime show on BBC Radio Solent this evening to talk about their upcoming exhibition at the Great British Biosciences Festival, organised by the BBSRC.
The interview focussed mainly on the exhibition and how it feels for scientists to present their work in a digestible way to the public. Put on the spot, Jon and Nick were able to make enlightening suggestions as how far away 3D printed living organs might be, and were able to convey the excitement – and boredom – of being jobbing scientists.
